|||Johannesburg - A memorial service in honour of racing driver Gugu Zulu, who died last week Monday while attempting to climb Mount Kilimanjaro, will take place on Tuesday at Kyalami race track in Johannesburg.
The popular racing driver and television show presenter died after suffering from “flu-like” symptoms whilst attempting to summit Kilimanajro, the highest peak in Africa. He was climbing with his wife Letshego as part of a 42-strong Trek4Mandela expedition to raise funds to supply sanitary pads to schoolgirls.
Zulu will be laid to rest on Thursday after a funeral service at Rhema Bible Church in Randburg.
