The National Prosecuting Authority (NPA) accuses Breytenbach, who is out on R10 000 bail, of wiping off incriminating evidence from her laptop thereby allegedly obstructing and defeating the ends of justice. Breytenbach is a former prosecutor for the NPA.
The matter was, however, postponed to 8 March.
